Before writing a rough draft, organize your note cards by subtopic and make an outline. Based on the note cards, develop an outline to organize your ideas. Write a first draft which is divided into three parts like introduction, body and conclusion. Use footnotes or endnotes to identify the sources of information. Bibliography is written at the end of the report, on the last page. A bibliography is a list of sources you used to get information for your report. Do revise your first draft by reading your paper loud. This makes it easier to identify writing that is awkward or unclear. Have somebody else read the paper and tell you if there's anything that's unclear or confusing. Proofread the final draft. Look for careless errors such as misspelled words and incorrect punctuation and capitalization.
