questions.
Why Doesn't DoctorTEXT™ Have A Phone Number?
The reason is cost. Our prices are some of the lowest available, and to
keep our prices low we do not conduct business by
phone. Statistically, an email is 75% more
efficient than a telephone call, so we're able to pass
this savings on to you. If you need to be
contacted by phone, leave your phone number in the contact us form and we'll get right back to you.
I'm Prompted For A Username And Password When
Downloading My Order
Due to a bug in Office 2000, documents
created in Office 2000 retain author information
that causes the Enter Network Password dialog
box to appear. If you're prompted for a
username and password when downloading your completed
order, just click cancel and your
download will proceed.
Can I Submit Work From DoctorTEXT™ As My Own?
Yes, but DoctorTEXT™ should NOT be expected to provide you with a finished
paper that you may turn in as is. You
are expected to MODIFY the paper with your own
words. It is illegal for you to use any work as provided by
DoctorTEXT™ as your own unless it's a business plan or other
non-scholastic project. If you don't modify the
work we provide you with your own words, it is plagiarism!
How May I Submit Comments Regarding My Order?
You must specify any and all requirements when placing your
order in the shopping cart, including a need for
references or certain forms of citation.
If I Don't Like The Finished Work, May I Have A
Refund?
We
do NOT offer refunds, but over 70% of our
first-time customers return to use our service
again. If you are not satisfied with our
service, please let us know. We'll do
whatever we can to make sure you're satisfied!

If My Order Is Late, May I Have A Refund?
In the rare instance where an order is late, we do
refund accordingly, but only if the order is more than
24-hours late. Email customercare@doctortext.com
if your order is late, and we will investigate the issue
immediately. We do not refund if you fail to
respond to an editor's request for information required
to complete the order.
I Don't Want To Give You My Phone Number, May I Still
Order?
If ordering by credit card, the answer is no.
Due to massive fraud in the past, we now call to verify
any order over $75.00, even if the address and other
card verification checks out.
