The terms and contract below are for editing services
only (proofreading, editing, rewriting). Before
submitting the Get a Quote form, you must read and
accept this agreement to our terms of Use.
Agreement
This agreement is between DoctorTEXT™ (Editor/writer)
and myself (Author) regarding my document.
This agreement made and entered into on 5/9/2008
by and by and between Editor/writer and Author at
38.103.63.18 for the
Work ordered from DoctorTEXT™
DoctorTEXT™ agrees to edit the material line-by-line,
or write customized documents, as agreed to by
Editor/writer and Author, provided payment has already
been received.
Notice: Incorrect word or page counts may result in
further charges upon inspection by the editor/writer.
You will be notified via email for your approval before
an additional charge is made.
I, as the author of the submitted work, have read and
understand the obligations of submitting this form. I
realize by submitting this form, this becomes a binding
agreement.
I understand the result of editing and writing services
is subjective. Under no circumstance will the
editor/writers perform revisions that drastically alter
the current state of the document without consulting the
Author. Also, under no circumstance, will writers be
expected to perform more than one rewrite. I realize the
editor/writer will contact me in that medium.
I understand I must follow the instructions as given, or
the service may take longer than the estimated time
frame listed. I accept full responsibility for copyright
laws in effect and will hold DoctorTEXT™ and its
editor/writers and writers harmless if a lawsuit is
brought against me for copyright violation.
I acknowledge that mistakes are missed even by the
well-trained eye. Although the editor/writers strive for
excellence in making the document better, requesting
this service does not guarantee the document will be
error free.
I understand that if DoctorTEXT™ cannot send me a
product because of editor or client reasons, DoctorTEXT™
will inform me as soon as possible and
give me a refund only if no product is received and it
is the decision of DoctorTEXT™ to offer the refund.
I understand that DoctorTEXT™ will not assist with
projects for which the requirements specifically state
or imply "no assistance" or otherwise violate
a learning institute's policies.
I understand that if specific resources are required to
complete my order, I must supply the resources to the
editor.
I understand I must maintain proper etiquette when
contacting editors and customer service or else my order
or request for help may be refused.
I understand all custom written papers are owned by
Ghostrider Enterprises and are the property of the
company. DoctorText.com and Ghostrider Enterprises
retains ownership and copyright for all intents and
purposes.
Fraud Notice
If fraud is committed, DoctorTEXT™ will do everything
in its power to catch, and in most cases prosecute you
for felony theft. Use of a stolen credit card is a
felony in ALL countries we service. We have a 90%
success rate recovering funds from fraudulent
transactions due to the ease of tracking individuals
using IP addresses to their home network. If you
commit fraud your privacy rights are void, and we will
cooperate fully with your learning institution,
the affected credit card company, and credit card holder
by supplying all information about you including your
completed work. Use of a stolen credit card by a
student may be grounds for expulsion from your learning
institution.
Delivery Date and Late Credits
Every effort will be made to deliver your order on
time. In rare instances, some orders are delivered
late due to miscommunication between an editor and a
customer, a customer's lack of response to requests for
information, or circumstances beyond our control.
Please make full use of the order tracking system for
communicating with your editor. If your order is
late, and the fault is ours or one of our editors,
contact us immediately. Partial refunds may be
issued on orders more than 24 hours late. Please
see Refund/Charges and Other Policies below.
Same, One, and Two Day Service Orders
Same, one, and two day orders should be used for minor
assignments only. Under some circumstances, it's
not physically possible to fulfill some orders in such a
short time. Please keep this in mind when
ordering, and order accordingly. If you order a
major assignment requiring major research and more than
6 pages, etc., your order may be delayed if you use
same, one, or two day service.
Etiquette Rules
I agree to be courteous at all times to both my editor
and customer service. Using such improper methods of
communication like caps, foul language, or insults my
result in me being exempted from my order and may also
result in no refund if product is not completed.
I understand that if I do or say something unacceptable
in the eyes of DoctorTEXT™, they may choose not to work
with me and/or to not respond to my Emails or note
postings.
I understand that I must be polite when dealing with
employees at DoctorTEXT™; impolite speech and/or
angry approaches may result in no response.
I understand that I am not to ask customer service about
refunds or rewrite requests, or to make insults about my
editor or anybody else when asking questions.
Rewrite Policy
If you contact us within 24 hours after receiving your
document and are not totally satisfied, we will allow
one rewrite/redo of your document. If this occurs, you
must provide us with a detailed description of what
needs to be fixed and why. Also, you need to allow 48-72
hours for the document to be completed. Please note that
we will work with you as much as we can, but if your
original description or your rewrite description fails
to suggest exactly what you want, we cannot be held
accountable. Also please remember that the system keeps
track of all rewrite information, so if the case is that
the rewrite button has been "accidentally"
hit, the mistake will count as an actual rewrite
request.
Refund/Charges and Other Policies
DoctorTEXT™ is not responsible for products used
outside DoctorTEXT™ intended purpose of selling a
copyrighted, model book report, essay, term paper or
research paper. All materials are for reference purposes
only and not to be misrepresented outside of the
limitations of copyrights. Material is to be cited
according to specified Language Association guidelines.
All products of DoctorTEXT™ are intended for research
and guidance only and are not to be submitted for
personal, educational or business credit without proper
citation. DoctorTEXT™ and all members of its staff
renounce responsibility, liability, or knowledge of any
wrongdoing or misuse of DoctorTEXT™ materials or
products. All sales are final. Refunds or replacements
will not be granted. We do not reimburse purchasers, and
admit that we cannot always make everyone happy. DoctorTEXT™
does not guarantee specific grades or
teacher satisfaction based on the services provided.
When services are ordered, DoctorTEXT™ renders only
those services and nothing more. DoctorTEXT™ does not
guarantee the acceptance of all papers by institutions. DoctorTEXT™
offers sample research assistance writing
services not guaranteed against plagiarism. The
responsibility for not plagiarizing falls solely on the
editor. DoctorTEXT™ will refund any order in
which plagiarism is found. Please contact us
immediately if you suspect plagiarism! Ordering custom
research means ordering research services that help find
and/or produce sample papers and references from various
sources, not meant to be claimed as the student's own
work or as DoctorTEXT's work. DoctorTEXT™ will
not carry the blame if work is not appreciated by a
customer or teacher. We are a research
assistance/editing/creative writing provider. By
ordering, I understand these conditions.
